About Sandysujittra タイお土産 business background  As I have told you , I love art and intend to be a gradually growing business.                                                         

When I started making pages in 2018, I was still studying in Japan.  Even though I live in Japan, But most of the content is related to Thailand so that are an obstacle in the beginning.                                                                                                        

💐How can I start ?                                                                                                 

The first , I confused and did not know where to start.  So The first thing that  I chose to do ,setting the name of the page.                                                                                    

 I tried to find a suitable name that can be easily accessed by Japanese people.  Therefore choosing to use Japanese.                                               

💕 I remember  that thinking of the name for a long time.Consider that if Japanese people think of Thailand, what will they think about?                                                               

In the end, I chose the name according to the concept of the page, タ イ お 土産 <Thai Omiyake, which translates into Thai as Thai souvenirs.> After opening the page for a while, I understand that it is still not the best name yet. Because there is still a lack of  Brand’s Name so it was modified later.                                                

 💐How did i start  to communicate Japanese & foreigner people?

Once the page has been named, the next step is to get fan-page . I want to make the most of Japanese and foreigner followers can understand  that even though they  knows not much about Thailand.

I was worried that if writing too much on a specific topic, it may effect to   someone ,difficult to reach it.                            

But if it is very basic matters. Might make some people who already understand Thailand  get bored.                      

Finally,  I decided to write The first content about Thai Food. Summing up a table as presentation by using English and Japanese then promoted detail on Instragram.                 

 <In the latter, to understand that  this  presentation did not suit to Instagram at all 😅😅>

💐 I'm not good at Japanese but I want to write by myself ?                                                                                                                     

The problem is that the first content is very detailed. Also I am not fluent enough in Japanese  If doing it alone.                                   

 I think ,difficult to success.                                                             

 So I requested my Japanese teacher to review & comment .I had to revise more than 5 times to finish it. so that content became to be my hardest and best content finally.

                                                                                    

 🌺 Because  of that content has made it a starting point, Japanese people and foreigners who are interested in Thailand come to follow my IG  (Sandysujittra)            

 💐The first product of  Sandysujittra タ イ お 土産

 When I was in Japan, I had the opportunity to see a lot of products that were produced there with refinement and high standards. Resulting in an incentive to return to look at Thai products which has  strengths that are able to compete. Whether Art, jewelry, cloth or food.                                                           

Therefore above topic is considered to be criteria of choosing product.                                                       

Also came out as handmade jewelry and Indigo products  that Sandysujittra タ イ お 土産 currently on sale.

                                                                                                                                                           Encountered any obstacles?  What do we do?

 💐 As for the first product that I intend to launch. Besides handmade jewelry or clothing, there are other products as well.                   

But there are obstacles that The maker could not do as the standard I set. Therefore, in the actual production process, the product needs to be cancel.                                    

I admit that I regret the lost money and time.            

However because of that event .Gave me something better.                                                                                

💐Are there any new challenge ?                                      

As you know, this page has a fan page that are both Thai and  Foreigners  

Therefore, using the same contents and products to satisfy both groups for me was difficult and still  challenge.

My point of view, in addition to the exchange ideas or experience .                                                   I think we can find a common point that we can walk and enjoy togather.                                                                

What makes me enjoy running this business?                                              

 🌺 Communication and being creative .It is part of mission that I enjoy, challenging me & my team.                                                       

Also I know that there is a variety of followers on this page.

So I would be happy if the fan page can choose part of the story or idea to utilize as well

My Dream Sandysujittra タイお土産

วันนี้ดิฉันจะมาเล่าจุดเริ่มต้นจนถึงปัจจุบัน ของ Sandysujittra タイお土産ให้ฟังค่ะ                                                                  

ที่มาจากที่ดิฉันเคยเล่า คือชอบงานศิลปะและตั้งใจที่อยากให้เป็นธุรกิจที่ค่อยๆ เติบโต.                                           

 ตอนที่เริ่มทำเพจ ช่วงปี 2018 ตอนนั้นดิฉันยังเรียนภาษาที่ญี่ปุ่นอยู่  ถึงแม้ตัวอยู่ที่ญี่ปุ่นแต่โจทย์เป็นเรื่องของประเทศไทยทำให้มีหลายเรื่องที่เป็นอุปสรรคในช่วงเริ่มต้น                                                                                                                                                                                                            

💐เริ่มจากตรงไหน?                                                                                          

ช่วงแรกดิฉันงงค่ะ ไม่รู้ว่าควรเริ่มจากตรงไหน สิ่งแรกที่ดิฉันเลือกทำคือการตั้งชื่อเพจ พยายามหาชื่อที่เหมาะสมที่สามารถทำให้คนญี่ปุ่นเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ดังนั้นเลยเลือกใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น                                                                                                                      

💕จำได้ว่าคิดชื่ออยู่นานพิจารณาว่าถ้าหากคนญี่ปุ่นคิดถึงไทยจะคิดเรื่องอะไรบ้าง                  

สุดท้ายดิฉันเลือกตั้งชื่อตาม Concept ของเพจคือ タイ  お土産 <Thai Omiyake แปลเป็นไทยว่า ของฝากไทย>                                                                      

หลังจากเปิดเพจได้ระยะนึงเริ่มเข้าใจว่ายังไม่ใช่ชื่อที่ดีที่สุด  เพราะยังขาดชื่อที่สำคัญไปนั่นคือชื่อของแบรนด์ Sandysujittra นั่นเอง  หลังจากนั้นจึงได้มาปรับเปลี่ยนเพิ่มในภายหลัง                                                                                                

💐เริ่มต้นทำอย่างไรให้คนญี่ปุ่นรู้จัก ?                                                                                                                                                        

พอตั้งชื่อเพจได้แล้ว Step ถัดมาเป็นเรื่องของการทำให้ลูกค้า แฟนเพจรู้จักจากการลงคอนเทนท์   

                                                                               

ในช่วงแรกเนื่องจากดิฉันอยากให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับผู้ติดตามที่เป็นคนญี่ปุ่นและชาวต่างชาติ                        

 ที่ถึงแม้จะรู้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับไทยไม่มากนักก็สามารถเข้าใจได้                

ตอนนั้นกังวลว่าถ้าเขียนเรื่องที่เฉพาะมากเกินไปก็อาจจะทำให้คนที่ยังไม่รู้จักประเทศไทยดีพอเข้าไม่ถึง  แต่ถ้าลงเรื่องที่พื้นฐานมากๆ ก็อาจทำให้บางคนที่เข้าใจประเทศไทยอยู่แล้วเบื่อได้ 

สุดท้ายดิฉันเริ่มด้วยเรื่องใกล้ตัวที่สุดคือเรื่องอาหารไทยซึ่งเป็นเรื่องแรกค่ะ เขียนเป็นกึ่งให้ความรู้ ,เล่าเรื่อง สรุปเป็นตารางคล้าย presentation โดยใช้ 2 ภาษา อังกฤษกับญี่ปุ่น จากนั้นโปรโมททาง Instragram                                                                                                              

< ตอนหลังเพิ่งมาเข้าใจว่า เป็นรูปแบบนำเสนอที่ไม่เหมาะกับ Instagram เลย😅😅>                                                        

💐อยากเขียนภาษาญี่ปุ่น แต่ไม่เก่งภาษาญี่ปุ่น?                                                                                                                         

ปัญหาคือคอนเทนท์นั้นรายละเอียดค่อนข้างเยอะมาก และดิฉันยังใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ไม่ชำนาญพอ      

ถ้าหากทำคนเดียวดิฉันคิดว่า ยากที่จะสำเร็จตามที่ตั้งเป้าหมายได้                                                                                 

ดิฉันเลยขอร้องปรึกษาอาจารย์คนญี่ปุ่นที่สนิทกันช่วยตรวจดูให้                            

กว่าจะเสร็จดิฉันต้องแก้ไขงานมากกว่า 5 รอบ                  

✨จึงกลายเป็นคอนเทนท์ที่ยากและดีที่สุดสำหรับดิฉันไป

                                                                        

🌺และเพราะคอนเทนท์นั้นเอง ทำให้กลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นทำให้คนญี่ปุ่นและชาวต่างชาติที่มีความสนใจในประเทศไทยมาเริ่มมาติดตาม Sandysujittra IG และเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ในเวลาต่อมาค่ะ.                                                                                                                                                                            

💐เลือกผลิตภัณฑ์แรกอย่างไร ?                                                 

ตอนอยู่ที่ญี่ปุ่นดิฉันได้มีโอกาสเห็น product ผลิตภัณฑ์มากมายหลายอย่างที่ผลิตที่นั้น     

ที่มีความประณีตและมาตรฐานของญี่ปุ่นที่สูง  ส่งผลทำให้เกิดแรงจูงใจที่ทำให้กลับมามอง Product ของไทย ซึ่งมีจุดแข็งของที่ไม่แพ้ใครไม่ว่าจะเป็นงานศิลปะ อัญมณี ผ้า หรืออาหารซึ่งสามารถแข่งขันได้ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ       

                                                                                           

 ดังนั้นในการเลือกสินค้าจึงมีการพิจารณาหัวข้อเหล่านี้                                                                        

ออกมาเป็นสินค้า Handmade Jewelry  และผ้าลายคราม ที่ Sandysujittra タイお土産  จัดจำหน่ายในปัจจุบัน.                                                        

                                                                                                                                                          

เจออุปสรรคอะไรไหม? แล้วทำอย่างไร                                                                                              

💐ในส่วนของ Product แรกที่ดิฉันตั้งใจ launch . นอกจากงาน Handmade Jewelry  หรือเสื้อผ้า มีผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นด้วยนะคะ                                             

แต่เนื่องจากเกิดอุปสรรคคือ ทางเมกเกอร์ไม่สามารถทำได้ตามที่ standard ที่ดิฉันตั้งไว้ได้ ดังนั้นในขั้นตอนการขึ้นผลิตจริง product นั้นจำเป็นต้องเลิกล้มไป.                                                                          

ดิฉันยอมรับ ว่าเสียดายเงินและเวลาที่สูญเสียไป อย่างไรก็ตาม เพราะเหตุการณ์นั้นทำให้ดิฉันได้เจอสิ่งที่ดีกว่า                                                                         

มีความท้าทายอะไรใหม่ๆไหม?                                         

อย่างที่ทราบ เพจนี้มีแฟนเพจที่เป็นทั้งกลุ่มคนไทยและ คนต่างชาติซึ่งมีจุดร่วมกันคือไทย

ดังนั้นการใช้คอนเทนท์ และ Product เดียวกันเพื่อก่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจ ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มสำหรับดิฉันจึงเป็นเรื่องที่ยากและยังคงเป็นเรื่องท้าทายอยู่

อีกทั้งนอกจากการแลกเปลี่ยนกันด้านความคิดหรือ Idea ประสบการณ์แล้ว ดิฉันคิดว่าหาก เราสามารถหาจุดร่วมกันเพื่อที่จะเดินไปพร้อมๆกันอย่างสนุกสนานได้จะเป็นเรื่องที่ท้าทายมากกว่า                                                                 

สนุกไหม?                                                                                             

🌺การได้สื่อสารและการได้ใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการทำเพจนี้ก็เป็นงานที่ดิฉันชอบ,สนุกและยังคงเป็นงานที่ท้าทายสำหรับเราค่ะ.

Part-time job as Thai-teacher (ENG/JP)

Now, after returning to Thailand for six months, I rarely speak Japanese, use English in my daily work. Therefore, the ability to speak decreased. Also, because this skill needs to improve Japanese skill .Finally I decide the best way to improve skill of Japanese , become to be Thai language teacher.

今、6ヶ月間タイに戻った後、私はめったに日本語を話せませんが、毎日の仕事では英語を使います。 したがって、話す能力が低下しました。 また、このスキルは継続的に向上する必要があるため、映画などを見て日本語を学ぶことができますが。日本語が上手くならないので　最後に、タイ語の教師になることにより、日本語のスキルを向上させる最良の方法を決定します。最後に、タイ語の教師になることにより、日本語のスキルを向上させるの方法を決定します。　

Atmosphere in Class The classroom atmosphere is relaxed. Because it is individual class. All students are Japanese very smart so I can learn how to improve teaching pattern from their questions and we can exchange experience each other. 教室の雰囲気はリラックスしています。 個別のクラスだからです。 すべての生徒はとても頭がいいですが 彼らの質問面白いです。教育パターンを改善することを学ぶことができます（彼らは私に教えているようです） My teaching style At school ,there is book for guiding teaching pattern ,however student style are different so teaching in the same direction, make the perception in different levels.

How to teach grammar Thai language is similar to English, so I need to compare it with English grammar to make students more clear. Also prevent mistakes in the class when I can't explain in Japanese タイ語は英語に似ているため、生徒を明確にするために英語の文法と比較する必要があります。さらに、日本語で説明できない場合間違いを防ぐことができます How to teach vocabularies From the vocabulary point of view, I teach them with examples of sentences that more easier to understand and use it correctly. Some Thai vocabularies do not have a clear background and just inherited vocabularies.

I have to be more be careful because most of Japanese learning from background.

彼らが理解しやすく、正しく使用できるようにいろいろな文章の例を教えます。タイ語の語彙の中には明確な背景がなく、継承された語彙と伝えます。彼らにそれを覚えて、使うように言うだけですけど、説明するのは難しいです。 How to teach conversation The book contains sentence patterns .Some of the content is shown in the context of Japanese culture that it is not appropriate to use it in Thai so I need to be careful.

その本には 日本の文型が含まれています。一部のコンテンツは日本文化の文脈で示されているため、タイ語での使用は適切ではないため、注意が必要です。

After teaching 1 Year .I think the best way to teach students , first need to learn their style and the purpose of Thai language ,then try to persuade them to have more courage to use the Thai language. 1年間教えた後。私は学生を教えるための最良の方法を理解しています。 まず、彼らのスタイルとタイ語の目的を学ぶ必要があります。次に、タイ語を使う勇気を持ってもらうように説得します。

My student speak Thai in job Most of students are management level, so most of sentences which they use are assignment pattern. Students are very happy if they can learn sentences that can be used well at work. Because most Thai know that they prefer compromise so I prefer to teach them compromise pattern   Also they always share me result. In most cases. Thai people were  surprised & happy that the leader can speak Thai language.I think this is the good way to make

their relation between Thai & Japanese people who stay in Thailand.

私の学生は仕事でタイ語を話します ほとんどの学生は管理職レベルであるので、彼らが使用する文のほとんどは割り当てパターンです。 仕事で上手に使える文章が学べたら、とても嬉しいです。 タイ人は妥協を好むことを知っているので、私は彼らに妥協のパターンを教えることを好む。。 タイの人々は、リーダーがタイ語を話せることに驚き、満足していました。これが良い方法だと思います。 タイに滞在するタイ人と日本人の関係を築く良い方法です。

My feeling & plan In the beginning of teaching, my preparation is not good because I think Thai language is not be difficult to  teach. But it is wrong because There are many characters in Japanese  which pronunciation could not be compared with Thai  

Ex ต (Th0utao) so current to prevent students from getting bored in class, I must prepare myself every time before teaching. In the future if skill of Japanese become better we can share experience each other more , I think.
